my 2002 saturn will not start turn the ignition and it wont start have power to everything else lights.radio. etc
does the engine turn over? If not, the battery could be dead. there can still be enough power for dash lights and etc., but the battery can still be dead. If it is, and you get it jumped, drive it a while and get the battery good and charged, then go to autozone or somewhere like them and have the battery load tested. also have them test the alternator. simple tests.
could be the timing chain slippage, partial recals for that...see http://www.ncconsumer.org/news-articles/nccc-advises-consumers-to- avoid-22l-saturn-l-series-vehicles.html
