Looks like a 200 series Volvo from the mid 70's.

It’s a 240, looks like an ‘86ish-‘93. What do you mean specifically about what model?
This appears to be a European 240, most likely a base DL trim level, and in need of work. This would have been called a 244 earlier on, before Volvo "simplified" the nomenclature.
