my Grand Prix GT has been doing the exact same thing for a few days also! Please post your findings? I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT with the 3.8L Series 2 motor, automatic transmission, and 223,000km. I am wondering if the electrical coils need to be replaced at this mileage.
how about a new battery? or check the charging system?
