starts fine during day, won't start at night why not?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've had starter, cable wires to battery, relay starter box replaced,  starts during day, then
won't start at night. Dont know if its anti theft device or electrical problem. I need help
with this, mechanics keep searching and charging me , can't find problem, lights are all
coming on, getting full juice

when your trying to start it is the theft light flashing?
