Should be on the frame between the tank and engine. Usually under the door. Start at the tank and follow it towards the engine. When you find it soak it off and on for a day or so with a penetrating oil (P.B. blaster, wd40). It will help with removing the nuts because you do not want to round off the nuts on the fuel line. Rent or borrow a line wrench if you can. Autozone rents tools.
