Driver window works but passengers will not go up or down. Any suggestions

While pushing the down on passenger side, try lightly hitting the inside door panel with closed fist. If this makes the window operate, it's probably a bad window motor (UP/down). Try, what do you have to lose? 1 minute of your time?
