i have a 2003 toyota camry and no matter how many times i clean the inside windshield, every time i run the AC the windshield gets streaky and hard to see through
Change the cabin air filter if that has not been done in a year or more.
Yep cabin filter is a good idea. You could also try a cleaner called SprayWay worlds best glass cleaner. I have used this product for years, if applied correctly it even prevents fogging, and here in the Pacific Northwest window fogging can be a problem when it starts raining.
i've had the cabin air filter changed about 6 months ago
The only thing come,s to mind is,your blower box is not draining right, meaning there is water in the box, either from heater core leak,or drain stopped up.Causing water vapor,on your windshield.
thanks to all of you - i appreciate the suggestions
Sounds like a heater core leak to me.
I don't know anything about SprayWay, but tennisshoes always knows what he is talking about. But I should have thought of what I use, RainX, works great inside and out. It's not a cleaner but more of a clear coat...but Tom is on to something
