My jetta takes 195 65 r 15 tires would it be OK to put 195 60 r 15 on it ?
Plug your tire and wheel sizes in on Tirerack dot com. You can actually "see" what your vehicle will look like with your choice installed. Incidentally, when you decrease the sidewall ration (65 down to 60), you generally add 10 to the tread-width dimension (195 up to 205) to retain the same diameter of tire the vehicle expects and therefore not mess up your speedometer/odometer calibration. But, try out Tirerack...it's a neat way to experiment for free.
