My passenger side tail light (blinker and brake light work) rear interior dome light and license plate lights all stopped working. Could it be a fuse?

The common denominator for those three circuits is the ground wire. The tail (running) light and license plate light should be on the same circuit so check the fuses. The rear interior dome light should come on with the other interior lights. Check for a blown bulb.
