Clunk noise on steering

my ford fiesta 2013 model diesel 1.6 is making some clunk noise when turning
it left and right, i don't know what could be the problem

Loose or worn steering components, like a tie rod end or ball joint or it could be suspension related. Have a mechanic get the car on the lift to inspect it.
