If I just had transmission repaired 10 months ago an it's messing up again. Why do I have to pay to have it fixed now. Has not been 12 months yet

Why would I have to pay to have it fixed now?

I guess I love getting screwed.

Are you saying the shop that repaired your Nissan's transmission gave a you a 12 month warranty and not honor it? I would fight it. Do you have a copy of your receipt? Any reason why they will not honor the warranty? What does it cover? Fine print?
