Spin over but won't start has little spark from plugs

And white smoke comes out the
carburetor

Pull the distributor cap and inspect for moisture and/or corrosion. Make sure the spark plug wires have good connections and are not cracked or worn through. Hopefully the plugs aren't fouled.
