Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The battery has some power, but is not completely charged. The lights are completely out. The car doesn't crank and is completely dead. What would cause this?

Put a fully charged battery in it. A half dead battery will will give you the problem you described.

Also check the battery terminals. Make sure they are free of corrosion and have a good solid connection.
