Misfire and over heating 2003 Chevy cavalier

I just got my car back this last weekend
The alternator ,spark plugs, coil pack , serpentine
belt and starter has all been replaced  but I'm still
having a misfireing issue and for some reason it's
over heating and leaking coolent .

    I have a 2002 chevy cavalier that's over heating.the radiator is not getting hot or the hoses to and from radiator .the resivore gets so hot it starts to melt from steam .what will cause this ?
