How do I determine left or right to replace bad speed sensor for 2008 ford taurus-x

Left and right are always the position from the driver's seat. In other words left is always the driver's side and right is always the passenger's side. HTH. -Jim

Ok, just so we dont All think im an idiot. OBD II threw a code to replace speed sensor. It did not say left or right. Was wonderi g how to tell which side to replace. from Poolside, , on the lifeguard side of the pool ;/

Nobody thinks your an idiot. Many people don't know if left and right are facing the car from the front or from the driver's seat. It's a common misunderstanding. If I misunderstood your question, I apologize. -Jim
