Why does the service engine code appear showing #3 Misfire? Car seems to run fine, service engine light comes and goes...

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The H2 has been to several dealerships and mechanics, can only state #3 misfire, could this be a electrical issue?  Very frustrated!!!!

It's either the coil on plug is faulty on Cylinder #3, the spark plug is the issue or the wiring to the coil is compromised. A problem can also be with the cylinder itself. Did the mechanics offer to fix your problem?
