wont pass smog due to high emissions and the check engine light wont turn off. all the censors have been changed. what is P1158 HO25 failed to switch to lean/bank b

The exhaust oxygen sensor (HO2S) of Bank B (right hand side of the engine) is giving a faulty or no signal, check the wires going to it and ensure the sensor was actually replaced.
