Tail lights and dask 1998 landrover discovery

My light seem to stay on or pop back on when I
leave my car I wonder why this is what can I do to
fix this problem?

The dash lights and tail lights are on the same fuse. Check the fuse and maybe go ahead and replace it. There may be a bad connection at the fuse.
