How do I get sirius in my car?

I own this car and it didn't have the sirius hooked up in it when I bought it and I want it. How do I get it?

you have to go to your local Ford Mercury dealership and have them install the satalite reciver in your car. then pay to get your own signal so that you can have your music/ sports/ comedy/ talk shows, or what ever else you want to ear.
