How much does it cost to change a engine on a
pontiac Grand Prix 2007 if I already have another
motor for it?

I believe its about a 15 hour job plus all the odds and ends that inevitably come up in a job like that. I'd say its questionable whether an '07 GP is worth it unless you're deeply in love with it or just like spending money.
