Sway bar link - just replace them, they're fairly cheap. $25 for a set.

A little more info for you: the curvy heavier bar is the sway bar - it's mounted to the frame via bushings. The straight thinner bar is the sway bar link. It mounts to the sway bar at the bottom, and to the strut at the top. Yours has obviously separated from the sway bar. Toss it and slap some new ones on there. No special tools needed.
