How do I go about getting my horn and lighter to
work. And where Is the fuse box located

Try looking under the dash above the driver's left knee. It may swing down from a horizontal to a vertical position for easy access (i don't recall). The fuse may be labeled "Accy" but is probably one of the 10 Amp fuses.
