Dash cluster and Radio don't work

I put new  speakers in my 1988 Nissan d21
4x4 4L and today I when and start it up
and everything was working unit I pop it
out of  clutch then when to start it back up
again the dash cluster and the  Radio when
out and that made the hole truck not work
but I can still start it up and I head a  
whining  noise  So I didn't no what that
was, I don't know if I was  drawling  to
much power to the  speakers or if it's the
ECM when out on me, but I check all the  
fuses and there all good, I'm piss off at it
and been trying to look for  answers  on it

Did it run good before you put the speakers in?? If so,You found your problem.
