how to remove front door glass from 89 shadow?

i need to remove the window in order to get to the screws that hold on the weatherstrip on top of the door.. problem is i don't see how to get the window out. any help would be appreciated.

You need to pop out the inner door panel to get to the inner workings of the window. Hope that helps! JR
