According to Mb world.org it's a warning for a mailfunction in your air ride suspension.

If you walk around your car looking at the ride height you will probably be able to see that your car is lower on one side or the other. Look at tire clearance. Might be almost touching on the side that is acting up.

That is true. The right side rear passenger wheel well is so low I am not sure it can safely turn.

A message light says it is trying to correct itself. Will is rise up again by itself or do I need to get a mechanic?

It will not correct itself in most situations. I recommend checking your struts first, then the leveling valve. You could jack the car up on that side and see if it fills. When you lower the jack listen for air escaping. That's how you know theres a leak.
