Does my 1991Olds 88 royal have a fuel shut off switch and wear is the location it gust quite running and has no fuel pressure

1991 GM vehicles do not have an inertia fuel cut off switch.

Ford, Chrysler/Daimler, and Foreign cars use the inertia switch in case of an accident. GM uses the oil pressure switch. If the oil pressure drops below 3 psi, it shuts off the juice to the fuel pump, accident or not. Later cars are now often controlled by the air bag ECU instead, so only will cut fuel if air bag is deployed, so it won't shut off because of a little fender bender.
