Tranny won't shift, speedometer dead with ABS LIGHT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1996 f250. The tranny won't shift, Abs light
stays on and speedometer is dead. I've replaced
abs sensor, Pcm sensor and safety neutral switch
(manual shift lever). Nothing has changed. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. This is our only way
of transportation and I'm lost. Tranny is a e4OD
