I have a 1999 dodge ram 2500 diesel that wont start.
I replaced the crank sensor a few weeks ago due to hard starts intemit, Since then the truck has operated fine up till thia morning. It spins over fine but doesnt start. the rpm gauge moves when cranking. i am getting fuel to and from filter. Any ides? I was thinking a shuttoff switch or something.
does it even make any noise when u try to turn it over
it's a no fuel situation, you are not getting a reference signal, from either cranck are cam sensor, also locate the ecm fuse in the wire harness,it's not on the junction box (all the fuse's together). It's on engine wire harness, next to the ecm,you changed the cranck sensor and it ran for awhile see if the wires are bad, wiggle the wire and have someone try and start it.
