how and where would I assemble an anti- clunk spring

Are you asking about the clock spring for the airbag system? If so it goes behind the steering wheel. But the airbag system should be worked on by someone who is familiar with the system. An accidental deployment can be deadly!! HTH -Jim

Jim.is correct air bag systems should only be worked on by a profession .on another note ..am anti clunk spring is actually in the transmission behind the the clutches .which would call for a transmission rebuild . Either way hope we answered your question .Good luck
