2002 Buick Park Avenue has a droning sound when going down road. Sounds like a semi truck slowing down when vehicle is slowing to a stop. All brakes are new; front tires new. Probable cause?

wheel bearings ? Usually the noise will be more / less pronounced in corners if it's front wheel bearing(s),

That type of noise is commonly caused by tires. You changed the ones in front, that still leaves the two in the back. You could look into wheel bearings or CV joints, but "droning" isn't a noise associated with those going bad.
