You need a new/used instrument cluster. They can be repaired too.

The solder points that keep the resistors for the odometer in their panel on the cluster board have weakened. You will need to have new resistors soldered in, and when you do, you might want to consider having a full rebuild done (to replace the servo motors for the gauge indicators, new bulbs for the backlighting, etc.).
