Is there a way to treat the brake rotors to prevent them rusting ? The rear brake rotors are rusting heavily- should that be a concern or just cosmetic a irritant ?

Most anything you put on them will wear off ,you can have them nickle plated ,that will help other wise just buy some nice stainless ones.They are out there SS Brake company comes to mind but Google it and you will find them.
