Question type: Car Customization

I have a 1960 Thunderbird I just bought it's
my dream car but it's got a blown 352
I also have a 84 Mercury cougar with a 302
5.0 that has 75,000 original miles I was
wondering if the 302 is a good replacement
for the 352 and will it save has and would I
have to do very many modifications

I would rebuild the 352 and keep it original it will help with it's value , it's not like the 302 will just drop in and match up with things ,
