I'm having vacume problems I have to much vacume it's dragging this idle down a lot but if I unhook any one vacation line it fixes the idle

Creating a vacuum leak will make the engine idler fast but that is not your problem. Your truck should have an idle control device (IAC) and it probably needs to be cleaned or replaced.
