Lights are in the up possion how do I release them
to close is there a bracket to get them down and
where is it located

First, I assume your lights are up and will not go down? The lights are run by vacuum, and you may have a leak in the tubing. You also may need to look at the light switch. The C-3 has a valve under the steering wheel on the dash that will open the lights and keep them open to work on or clean them. Make sure that valve is shut. (Pushed up) Apply pressure with your hand and see if it will release and be pushed down.
