Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1971 Chevy Impala Convertible, 400 small block.  Car will stumble briefly then
stall completely at highway speeds due to no fuel getting to carb. Gas tank
builds up vacuum.  Can prevent by leaving gas cap loose but with cap behind
rear license place this is not a good fix.
