brakes seized after changing pads, caliper and brake lines

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed pads, changed caliper, changed brake lines....still seized up  What to
do next.  Help with any ideas.

You must check the Parking Break Cylinders. They must have been stuffed up so Rear Break Pads are pressed. Remove/dismantle the Small Cylinders placed inside the Rear Break Cylinders and clean them. Priyantha Panduke Abeynayake.
