You have a vacume leak at the vacume advance on the distbutor. Replace the vacume line. Plus give it a good old fashion tune up. Cap Rotor and wires and plugs. And check your timeing. Or your timeing chain is shot and jumping gogs on you. How many miles on it an what engine?
