1987 bronco 2 4wd 2.9 harness from right inside fender to engine an orange wire with an eyelet on the end where would it go to.it turns over but will not start

look between the dip stick tube bracket and the passenger side cylinder head..Should be a bolt for it down there. it's a ground for the O2 system to function properly so it may not start even after you re connect it,
