Brakes will not release from rotors

I change the brake pads calibers and a master
cylinder 20 minutes of driving the brakes get hot
they will not release it slows the car down I don't
know what to do it feels like someone is pulling the
car backwards while I'm driving forward

This sounds like brake hose failures, usually they all don't fail at the same time, try tracking down what side is dragging first, the other problem could be too much moisture in the system, when the brake warm up just from normal usage the moisture turns to steam and sets the brakes until the system cools enough to allow them too release. So does the car start to pull one way or the other first or does it start too slow evenly, with no pull? If it brakes evenly with no pull I would flush the entire brake system, if you get a slight pull from one side or the other replace that side brake hose and then proceed to see if it then pulls slightly to the other side if not then you should be good to go.
