I have a 2007 Ford 500. When I put it in drive it will
jump or in reverse

not much to suggest based on so little info, either the issue lies with the transmission, torque converter, or shifter linkage. A tranny shop may be able to diagnose the problem better than a typical mechanic's shop. If you have a regular mechanic ask who THEY use for transmission issues.
