15a fuse blowing for tail lamps

I have a 1992 toyota camry and the fuse for the tail lights blows soon as i turn on the light switch with engine running. ruled out all rear and forward lights as well as instrument cluster and center console lights and all switches but the light switch. because the headlights and signals and brake lamps still work....any sugestions?

Was anything electrical recently installed like an aftermarket stereo?

I have this same thing happening in a 95. After a new stereo was installed. HELP!
