Had a problem with wheel bearen was driving heard a loud noise then it was like something was dragging now car won't move when I put it in drive or reverse 1999 sunfire

Put the car in neutral with the engine not running and see if you can move (push) it. If you can't move it there is a possibility that something is seized such as a wheel bearing or brake caliper. If you can move the car in neutral then I would suspect something in the transmission either internally of the shifting cable.

If a CV joint was out the car would still move unless the CV joint on one side fell apart or became disconnected from the transaxle..
