Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have two identical cars and
am selling 9ne.  I decided to
switch the high performance k

the car needs to be
reprogrammed and will not run
properly without it...is this true
and if so what tool is needed
to get this done

No special programming is needed unless it had some performance tuning done sometime in the past. The air filters should just swap from car to car.
