2004 pontiac grand prix no problems start when cold won't restart when hot not even crank over

2004 Pontiac Grand Prix 280,000 + miles starts every time when cold (being in
FL if you can call 70 cold),but after ruining half hour or so will not restart turn
key can hear fuel pump but nothing, after a hour or so (and dash not in the sun)
car will usually restart
