how to clean computer on a 2005 grand vam

very poor gas mileage on 2005 pontiac grand am have already replaced sparkplugs fuel filter and air filter is there something wrong with the computer or a sensor.
how can I fix gas mileage from 550kms to a tanf of gas to 320 kms to a tank of gas
