i have a 2005 bonniville alt.good bat. good but will not charge bat.

i changed the battery took the cable off the car ran fine but when you shut it
off it will not start battery is dead. seems to me like the current isn't gitting
from the alt. to the battery.

If you have voltmeter check the voltage when vehicle running if the voltmeter read between 13 to 14 volt your elternator is good.if no just text to me and I will tell you next step
