my cd player wont take in the disk how can i fix it

my cd wouldn't eject I put a piece of paper in the cd opening and the disk came out now it wont take a disk in what can I do to fix it

There maybe some paper fibers covering the sensor, try blowing some compressed air into the slot, but don't get crazy with the pressure, use one of those compressed cans for computers. Other wise the unit will have to be pulled and sent out for repair.

It will eject fine. But the CD play will not go in I have to push it in but does not play
