why does my switch keep burning up in 2000 e250

I have replaced the switch about 5 times... I have also replaced the blower motor and the resistor... what could be causing the switches to burn up like this?

Maybe too much power draw. An amp meter might help you diagnose the problem.

Thanks F_O_R... If I do have a power draw, where might it becoming from.. I am diy it and hope I can get as close as I can to the problem...

Maybe a short or the blower motor is drawing too much power. Loose electrical connections can get hot so make sure all the connections are secure.
