1992 Lexus SC300 heater blows cold

Question type: Car Customization

I was told that I could move a vacuum line to have the heater blow hot all the
time until I can afford the control valve, which vacuum line needs to be
switched, I will switch it back when it gets warmer.

I don't know about moving a vacuum line, but on many cars you can manually open the valve. I've never done it on an SC though, so don't hold me to that.
